As part of a major digital transformation programme and in preparation for the UK’s PSTN switch-off, NG Bailey IT Services is modernising a national retailer’s communications estate. This includes designing two new centralised data centres and enabling a seamless migration to a cloud-based telephony platform tailored for stores, offices and distribution centres.

Legacy PSTN Dependency - Ageing analogue telephony needed replacing ahead of the PSTN switch-off, requiring a carefully managed migration
