I’m enjoying the opportunity to work on diverse projects and the chance to collaborate with experienced engineers. The exposure to different disciplines and the hands-on experience in project management have been particularly rewarding.

Therefore, applicants must have the automatic right to work in the UK indefinitely, without the need for future sponsorship. We encourage all applicants to review their eligibility before applying to ensure alignment with these requirements.

Induction week was a personal highlight. I had the chance to participate in a teambuilding event with the rest of the new graduates, which saw me get involved with different exercises. It was a lot of fun and really helped me to settle in.

The graduate programme has pushed me further than I imagined, not only in relation to business goals but personal development goals too. I have enjoyed being able to see the direct impact of the work I get involved in.

I have enjoyed learning from experienced colleagues and the opportunities to develop during my programme. It has also enabled me to learn effective ways to manage and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.

My role has offered an excellent environment for my professional growth, but the emphasis on personal development has been a pleasant surprise.
